A better story. 

It all started in 2013, when two friends Lee and Anne ran into each other after years of searching for something better. They decided to form a brand agency—one that was built on better thinking and better work. The two friends had plenty of good experience. Lee’s journey included working as an architect, designer, art director and illustrator for various design and ad agencies in Southern California and Colorado. Anne founded an award-winning ad agency in Southern California and served as the company’s President and Creative/Strategic Leader. Still something was missing. On that fall day in 2013, over a triple grande nonfat latte and a venti vanilla latte, they resolved to build an agency that would build better brands, better experiences, better businesses. They called it BRIDGE.

 

Lee Calderon 

Creative Director and Co-Founder

 

Lee is one of those rare, multi-disciplined creative types. As award-winning Creative Director, Designer and Illustrator with over 25 years experience, Lee has utilized his creative expertise in various markets and industries, such as luxury real estate, retail, food and beverage, restaurant, fashion, music, technology and healthcare. Lee has worked on leading consumer brands including Proctor & Gamble, Yamaha, Vans, KLUTZ, LA Gear and Western Digital, to name a few. Additionally, Lee is an accomplished illustrator with expertise in commercial, editorial and licensing markets, as well as children’s literature. Lee holds a BFA in Advertising/Graphic Design from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, as well as a BA in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. 

Anne K. Morris 

Managing Director and Co-Founder

 

Anne is a passionate strategist and collaborative leader whose goal is to develop multi-faceted campaigns that drive business results. With nearly 30 years’ experience in marketing, planning, strategy and leadership, Anne’s industry experience is vast, including luxury real estate, hospitality and resort, retail, entertainment, B2B, technology, automotive, consumer products and services. Anne has worked with high-profile clients such as The Hollywood Reporter, The Related Companies and Four Seasons Private Residences, to name a few. She graduated with honors including Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a BA in Design.
